Not the right piece? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a refund, free of charge.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Underwear, swimwear and earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Email senoralaboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid BoxNow return label within one working day. Drop the parcel at any BoxNow locker.

Once the parcel is back at our warehouse and the items pass inspection we'll refund the original payment method within 5 working days.
